What is your role in Crowd4Cash?
I am responsible for the acquisition of cooperation partners such as insurance brokers, trustees and PoS points of sale. In order to be able to train our partners, I am also responsible for the preparation of training materials.
Likewise, the creation of the corresponding accounts for the cooperation partners and PoS outlets is one of my tasks as well as the data maintenance of the same. The definition and implementation of sales processes is also part of my job. Coordinating marketing activities round off my responsibilities in this area. Another important part of my duties is the operational control and audit work, such as approving or rejecting credit applications and checking investors in accordance with the MLA guidelines. If necessary, I also take over the collection measures and initiate them.
What is your professional background?
I completed a trade apprenticeship with a further education at the Kunsthochschule Zürich. Afterwards, I switched to the insurance industry due to a personal contact and went through various stations, from a sales consultant to an SME and pension specialist, to an independent insurance broker in the corporate business. After selling my company, I first came into contact with an Insurtech startup, where I was hired as a key account manager.
What made you decide to plunge into the Crowd4Cash adventure?
The dynamics, the swift decision-making and the team spirit at Crowd4Cash inspired me to embark on a new career adventure. The concept has convinced me right from the start, which is particularly important to me in business development.
What motivates you professionally and privately?
Professional: To be able to say at the end of the day, I have fully engaged in the interests of the company and the customers. Private: The well-being of my family

The fast reaction time to adapt to the economic conditions, as well as the innovative power such as the PoS solution for the retail trade. We are extremely fast in the implementation of new functionalities and products and, in my view, this gives us a long-term advantage in the Swiss loan and Crowdlending market.
Which of Crowd4Cash's many milestones made you particularly happy?
The platform 2.0 which offers us further optimizations and contains many functions and processes simple and automated. Another highlight was certainly the creation of the first bond for institutional investors
