Let's Define the Chosen Term

We hope this clarifies this term, but if we can be of further assistance, please let us know.

Withdrawal Right

The Swiss Consumer Credit Act grants borrowers the right to withdraw from a credit agreement within 14 days of its conclusion. This withdrawal can be made without giving reasons and only requires notification to the creditor. Within the scope of the Consumer Credit Act (KKG), the consumer may not incur any costs for this withdrawal.

This right of withdrawal provides borrowers with an important safeguard to ensure that they can make a conscious decision to enter into a credit agreement. It allows them to carefully review the terms of the agreement and, if necessary, revise them if they change their mind or find that the agreement does not meet their expectations.

If a borrower exercises their right of withdrawal, the investors' invested money will be returned. At Crowd4Cash, we respect the right of withdrawal for borrowers and strive to make this process as transparent and smooth as possible.
